Airport VIP lounge services


Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the satisfaction of visitors to VIP lounges at a large airport.

The purpose of the study was to obtain an objective assessment of the quality of work of VIP rooms.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • evaluate the quality of work of individual service areas;
  • identify the main shortcomings of the service;
  • receive a separate assessment of the quality of service in the evening and night hours.

Secret audits were used as methods for collecting information.
