School uniforms for girls and boys

School uniforms

Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the demand for school uniforms among end consumers.

The purpose of the study was to study consumer preferences (7 regions were taken as the basis for the study).

Tasks that were set for the study:

  • assessment of the demand for assortment items (vests, skirts, trousers, blouses, shirts, suits and much more);
  • determination of color preferences;
  • determination of preferences for materials, fabric composition;
  • conducting competitive analysis by region: size of customer base, geography of work, frequency of collection updates, brands sold/countries of production.

The methods used to collect information were desk research, expert interviews and an online survey. Parents and grandparents of schoolchildren took part in the survey. Expert interviews were conducted with competitors in each of the studied regions.

It is worth noting that this study helped the company obtain important information and make the necessary decisions. The results of the study were considered useful and timely.
