New payment system

Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the online payment market.

The purpose of this study was to study the market before launching a new payment system.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assessment of market capacity;
  • assessment of potential demand for the services of the new payment system in the first 3 years of operation;
  • drawing a portrait of the target audience;
  • identifying the needs of the target audience;
  • identification of key factors for choosing a payment system by the target audience.

The methods used to collect information were desk research, expert interviews and an online survey.

It is worth noting that the payment system has entered the market, is operating and is increasing its turnover.

For privacy reasons, we cannot provide specific brands and numbers.
