Last year, the BCGroup research agency conducted a number of studies commissioned by agencies supporting medium and small businesses.

The purpose of these studies was to study the markets in which small and medium-sized enterprises operate or plan to enter.

The research, as a rule, had the following tasks:

  • assessment of market capacity;
  • calculation of shares of all market participants;
  • studying the characteristics of the target audience: key selection factors, price sensitivity;
  • target audience segmentation;
  • competitive analysis.

Desk research, expert interviews, personal and online surveys were used as methods for collecting information. The research covered several regions.
