Postal services

Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the market for services for sending letters and cargo provided to the population and organizations.

The purpose of this research was to study market development and search for opportunities to increase the turnover of the company that ordered the research.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assessment of market capacity;
  • calculation of shares of all market participants;
  • studying the characteristics of the target audience: types of postal services used, frequency of sending and receiving, average costs;
  • target audience segmentation;
  • determining the level of loyalty to service providers.

An online survey was used as a method of collecting information. The sample for the survey consisted of 1600 questionnaires.
