Corrosion-resistant and stainless steel pipes


Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study for one of the largest pipe production enterprises.

The purpose of this study was to assess the level of customer satisfaction for each enterprise of the group of companies.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • overall assessment of customer satisfaction;
  • assessment of customer satisfaction with the work of individual enterprises of the group;
  • assessment of satisfaction with divisions of the group of companies (matrix system);
  • studying the reasons for loyalty to the customer company and competitors;
  • identifying weak and strong points in the development of client relationships.

A telephone survey of clients of a group of enterprises was used as a method of collecting information.

The main difficulty of the study was surveying high-ranking positions whose schedule does not allow time for surveys. Therefore, surveying a relatively small sample took almost a month of work.
