Federal network of pharmacies
For more than six years, BCGroup has been conducting research in the pharmaceutical market. One of them was carried out last year for a federal network of pharmacies.
The purpose of this study was to study the characteristics of consumer behavior and test the advertising campaign.
Problems solved during the study:
- defining a portrait of the target audience;
- defining criteria for choosing pharmacies;
- assessment of the attitude of the target audience in marketing activity;
- testing of advertising campaign materials.
This type of research is usually carried out using qualitative methods, so the research agency BCGroup suggested choosing focus groups.
The study was conducted in a number of cities. Based on the results, important decisions were made regarding the marketing activities of the pharmacy chain, as well as for a single advertising campaign.
