Perfumery and cosmetics supermarket chain


Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study for a large chain of perfume and cosmetics supermarkets.

The purpose of the study was to assess the loyalty of retail network customers (loyalty card holders).

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assess the level of customer loyalty;
  • assess satisfaction with a number of parameters that ensure the operation of the network;
  • identify problematic aspects in the operation of chain stores.

The study used the NPS loyalty level assessment method. Data collection was carried out using a survey of loyalty card holders. The survey recorded visitor reviews for individual stores in the chain.
