Hydraulic industrial oils
The BCGroup research agency cooperates with one of the world's largest oil producers.
The purpose of one of the studies was to study the segment of hydraulic industrial oils.
The research objectives included:
- assessment of the demand for a certain category of oils among the target audience;
- identification of key factors for choosing oils;
- comparison of the characteristics of the manufacturer’s oils and its competitors;
- assessment of brand awareness in comparison with competitors (top-of-mind, spontaneous and induced);
- identification of the reasons and frequency of changing oil brands in production.
A survey of organizational specialists was used as a method of collecting information. Hydraulics specialists took part in the survey.
It is worth noting that the company that ordered the research is one of the three leaders in the world.
