Synthetic motor oils for passenger cars
Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the market for synthetic oils for passenger cars.
The purpose of the study was to study consumer preferences and assess satisfaction with product quality.
The following tasks were set for the study:
- definition of consumer criteria for choosing motor oils;
- assessment of the target audience’s attitude towards motor oil manufacturers;
- assessment of recognition of motor oil manufacturers;
- identifying the level of satisfaction with the quality of oils from competing manufacturers;
- assessment of the target audience’s attitude towards the “engine warranty” option when purchasing oils;
When collecting information, focus groups were used, as well as an online survey of users of synthetic motor oils (motorists).
