The largest shopping center in the city
Last year, a study was conducted on the launch of a new shopping center in one of the cities.
The main objectives of the study were to forecast our own and competitive traffic in the next 3 years, as well as assess the wishes of the target audience.
As part of the study, the following were assessed and determined:
- level of recognition of shopping centers;
- level of attendance and loyalty to shopping centers;
- criteria for choosing shopping centers, as well as an assessment of the assortment of the brand portfolio and the composition of services;
- portrait of the target audience.
The opinion of 2,000 people on the presented topic was collected through a survey. Today, the shopping center that ordered this research is the market leader in its city.
