International specialized exhibitions

Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the exhibition services market.

The purpose of this research was to study market development and search for opportunities to increase the turnover of the company that ordered the research.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • studying the needs of the target audience;
  • defining customer expectations from exhibitions;
  • studying the methods used by the target audience to evaluate the effectiveness of participation in exhibitions;
  • clients’ plans for participation in exhibitions for the next 5 years.

Expert interviews and focus groups were used as methods for collecting information. Research methods were chosen by the customer.
