Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study of the market for online services from business directories.

The purpose of this study was to forecast demand for a new service from one of the leading business directories.

The following tasks were set for the study:

  • assessing the demand for a new service;
  • willingness to pay for a new service, amount of payment;
  • studying the expectations of the target audience from the service;
  • as well as assessing the recognition of the service among representatives of the target audience;
  • competitive analysis.

An online survey was used as a method of collecting information. The sample for the survey consisted of 2000 questionnaires (for all countries of the study).
