Hair dye, shampoos for beauty salons
Last year, the research agency BCGroup assessed the popularity of professional product brands among beauty salons.
The purpose of the study was to assess the effectiveness of the distributor's marketing activities.
Tasks that were set for the study:
- assessment of the level of brand awareness: top-of-mind, spontaneous and induced awareness;
- assessment of the demand for various brands of professional products;
- assessment of interest in additional assortment;
- pros and cons of competing brands;
- loyalty to competing brands.
Personal interviews (visits to beauty salons according to route sampling) were used as a method of collecting information.
For privacy reasons, we cannot provide specific brands and numbers.
