Last year, the research agency BCGroup conducted a study in 9 cities, the purpose of which was to determine the loyalty of the target audience in relation to existing shopping centers in these cities.

The objectives of the study were:

  • assessment of the level of popularity of shopping centers in each city;
  • definition of selection criteria in the context of various product categories;
  • general comparison of city shopping centers in more than 30 positions;
  • identifying interest in new brands and services;
  • estimate of average costs for visiting a shopping center.

Online survey was used as data collection methods. The sample population of the survey was 500 people per city.

Based on the results of the study, a map of the market of each city was drawn up, and recommendations were provided for the plan for promoting new objects in the studied cities.
